Augusto Brázio

Augusto Brázio (1964) is a Portuguese photographer, who has been working in photography since the 1990s. He won the Visão/ BES Great Prize of Photojournalism (2008), was a member of the Kameraphoto collective and one of the 13 photographers chosen for the Entre Imagens programme (RTP). In recent years, he has worked on issues of immigration, belonging and territorial occupation. His work is included in various collections, both in Portugal and Spain. He is represented by the Galeria das Salgadeiras.
