The Exhibition Pavilion of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto (FBAUP), formerly the Academy of Fine Arts (1836), is an integral part of the FBAUP building, classified as a Monument of Public Interest since 2013. The Pavilion dates back to 1954 and was designed by Manuel Lima Fernandes de Sá. Initially designed as an exhibition hall, it was eventually used as a classroom as a result of the increase in the number of artistic subjects taught and the number of students. In 2015, after renovation by Carlos Guimarães and Luís Soares Carneiro, it was inaugurated with the aim of promoting the FBAUP's new talents.
