Emanuel Constantino

Emanuel Constantino (2002) is a Portuguese independent photographer. He has a degree in Photography and is currently enrolled in a Masters in Cinema and Photography, specialization in Photography. He is interested in the practical process of photography in analog format and the unpredictability of the results it offers. His work is mainly focused on the universe of documentary and fiction, seeking to understand and manipulate the boundary at which documentary ceases to be documentary and begins to assert itself as fiction, and vice versa, in their mixture. He also explores and often integrates vernacular and archive photography into his projects. In 2025, Constantino was selected by the Bienal Fotografia do Porto to join the FUTURES platform.
