Lara Jacinto

Lara Jacinto (1982) is a Portuguese freelance photographer, whose work focuses on architectural and portrait photography, as well as documentary projects addressing issues of territory and emigration. Her work has been published in different media, in Portugal and abroad. She is the co-founder of Colectivo, a research platform dedicated to documentary photography, through which she has been developing the documentary photography project ‘Thin Line’ for the last five years. She lectures at ESMAD - School of Media Arts and Design of the Polytechnic of Porto.
