Anna Lopes is a Russian photographer and architecture student based in Portugal. She has a degree in engineering. While studying architecture, she began to use photography as a research tool, most notably to record and creatively study Bairro São Vitor, one of Álvaro Siza's early works. In this context, she seeks to find uncomfortable questions where the answer lies in the audience. In 2025, was invited by the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto to be part of the Project Rooms - Bienal Fotografia do Porto.
