Mario Popham

Mario Popham is a Japanese-British photographer, curator and educator based in Manchester. Forming a basis for ongoing, long-term research, his practice is driven by a fascination with our paradoxical relationship with non-human nature and how our path has seemingly strayed from the natural order. He is currently artist-in-residence in Wigan Borough with the Open Eye Gallery, Liverpool, and is studying for an MA in Documentary Photography at the University of South Wales.
