Polly Hummel

Polly Hummel, born in 1975 in the GDR, is a photographer and visual artist. She holds a Master's degree in Artistic Photography and has been living and working in Porto for 16 years. Her works tell part of a story where everything is a little strange, without a sense of place and time, showing that all stories carry their own energy. In 2025, she was selected by the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto to join the Project Rooms of the Bienal Fotografia do Porto.
