Rafael Paris

Rafael Paris, born in Madrid, lives in Porto. He has a degree in Photography from the Escola Superior de Media Artes e Design (ESMAD), where he is currently pursuing a master's degree in the same field. In his artistic practice, he blends the documentary with the imaginative, exploring themes such as the passage of time, self-representation and absence, in a constant dialogue between the real and the fictional. In 2025, Rafael was selected by ESMAD to join the Project Rooms of the Bienal Fotografia do Porto.
